Blacks Beat Elderly White Man Until Hero Shows Up With Gun

Blacks Beat Elderly White Man Until Hero Shows Up With Gun

Elderly man gun blacks shooting police

As a young man was walking out of a Kroger grocery store in Little Rock, Arkansas, he saw something terrifying and decided to act immediately. Seven people had surrounded a helpless elderly man and were beating him to the ground.

Without deliberating what he should do, the 24-year-old, identified only by his first name Gene, did what he had to in this tense situation. He dropped his bags and drew his weapon on the punks across the parking lot.

“I saw seven people against one guy and I did not like those odds,” Gene told KOLR-TV. Adding that he was freaking out and shaking, it was his first time pulling his gun on anyone since he first decided to pack heat.

Surveillance footage outside the grocery store captured the moment on April 22 when Gene pointed his gun at the abusive thugs, threatening to pull the trigger if the cowards refused to stop beating the elderly gentleman. The gun got the attackers’ attention, who shouted back at the concealed carry permit holder, ”This isn’t your fight, you need to walk away, you need to put the gun down,” according to The Blaze.

Punks Beat Elderly Man In Lot Until Hero Shows Up With His Little Friend

Other shoppers outside the store who witnessed the standoff immediately alerted police from their cell phones. But by the time officers arrived at the scene, the assailants had scattered off like the rodents they are, and the victim had gotten away as well.

Although it’s unclear what caused the altercation between the guys and the elderly man, a followup investigation revealed that one of the assailants was the victim’s nephew. Police spoke with the elderly man and about the attack, and he opted to not press charges.

Despite this being the first time Gene had to brandish his weapon after years of legally carrying one, he would not hesitate to make that decision again, as it was the right thing to do and the reason gun owners are prepared — to protect the lives of others when they’re in danger.

“When you see a crime happening and you see someone getting injured, if you have the ability to stop it, you should do so,” Gene said.

He was also responsible in keeping his finger far from the trigger while pointing his weapon at the punks, as he was always taught not to touch it until he intends to pull it.

Witnesses to Gene’s reactions supported his decision to pull his gun. “The guy did the right thing,” one woman said.

The infamous anti-gun whiners Moms Demand Action have pushed and begged for Kroger stores in particular to ban concealed carry, since they believe the store is somehow a magical place where nothing bad ever happens. But this incident proves just how ridiculous their “groceries not guns” argument is. They believe that in situation such as this elderly man getting the beat down, he should just endure the injuries, maybe even death, while people standby shouting for the thugs to stop, hoping that police arrive sooner rather than later.

Muslim Man Tried To “Dispose” Of His Three-Year-Old Daughter

Muslim Man Tried To “Dispose” Of His Three-Year-Old Daughter

Several people were driving on a road near a wooded area of Illinois when they saw a disturbing sight: A little girl in tears, wandering out of the forest alone.

The three-year-old girl was distraught, but she was able to tell people that her name was Aliya.

When police asked the child how she ended up in the forest alone, the traumatized child gave them a chilling answer.

She had been taken there by her father, who pushed her into a secluded trash can like a piece of human garbage.

“Our investigation initially shows that the father left the child in a garbage can and drove away from the forest preserve,” said Andrew Flach, a state Family Services spokesman.

Police added that the man had left three-year-old Aliya “where he believed she would not immediately be found.”

What kind of monster would treat a young girl like garbage? Police received a shocking answer to that question very quickly.

Investigators sent out a media alert and were contacted by Aliya’s desperate mother. That’s when the case became even more twisted.

The investigation found that the girl’s father is named Faiz Ikramulla. That is a Muslim name that means “Glory to God” in Arabic… and police knew they had heard it before.

Ikramulla was no stranger to the police. Last year, he attacked cops and led them on a high-speed chase that damaged several police cars and endangered many lives.

According to the Chicago Tribune, that previous incident ended with the man being Tasered while he spit blood at police officers and screamed “Allahu akbar!”

Warrants were quickly issued for the fleeing man’s arrest, and police located him in the southern part of Michigan. He was charged with kidnapping his own three-year-old. Additional charges are also likely.

What would drive a father to try to “dispose” of his only daughter in a trash can where he thought nobody would ever find her?

Sheriff Orders Immediate Internal Investigation Into Arrest Seen on “Disturbing” Video

This time its a white man but no “White Lives Matter” protest

Police cops beat man

San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon ordered an immediate internal investigation Thursday into an arrest by deputies after a horse pursuit caught on camera by NewsChopper4.

Deputies appeared to use Tasers to stun a man and then beat him after the pursuit in San Bernardino County Thursday afternoon.

Aerial footage showed the man falling off the horse, and then being stunned with a Taser by a sheriff’s deputy.

The man appeared to fall to the ground with his arms outstretched. Two deputies immediately descended on him and began punching him in the head and kneeing him in the groin.

In the two minutes after the man was stunned with a Taser, it appeared deputies kicked him 17 times, punched him 37 times and struck him with batons four times. Thirteen blows appeared to be to the head. The allegedly stolen horse stood idly nearby.

The man did not appear to move from his position lying on the ground for more than 45 minutes. He did not appear to receive medical attention while deputies stood around him during that time.

The man, identified as Francis Jared Pusok, 30, of Apple Valley, was hospitalized with unknown injuries, authorities said.

His girlfriend, Jolene Bindner, said she hasn’t been able to get answers from the Sheriff’s Department about Pusok’s condition, let alone what hospital he’s at.

“They have not told me a thing,” she said. “How can you be tased and still feel it’s necessary to beat him like that? I don’t understand.

Three deputies were injured during the search. Two suffered dehydration and a third was injured when kicked by the horse. All three were taken to a hospital for treatment.

McMahon told NBC4 he was launching an internal investigation into the actions of the deputies.

“I’m not sure if there was a struggle with the suspect,” McMahon said. “It appears there was in the early parts of the video. What happens afterwards, I’m not sure of but we will investigate it thoroughly.”

The series of events started when deputies from the Victor Valley station went to a home on Zuni Road to serve a search warrant in an identity theft investigation, authorities said in a news release.

The suspect took off in a vehicle and deputies initiated a pursuit through unincorporated Apple Valley, the town of Apple Valley and unincorporated Hesperia. The area is more than 80 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles.

Pusok allegedly abandoned the vehicle 40 miles away from Hesperia in a place called Bowen Ranch where he took off running.

During a search on foot, with off-road vehicles and by helicopter, deputies learned the suspect had stolen a horse and rode it on dirt trails through rugged, steep terrain, causing numerous injuries to the horse.

A sheriff’s helicopter inserted a team of deputies to take the suspect into custody. As deputies made contact with Pusok, the horse threw him off.

Deputies said the Taser was ineffective due to his loose clothing and a use of force occurred.

“I can certainly understand the concerns in the community based on what they saw on the video,” McMahon said. “I’m disturbed by what I see in the video. But I don’t need to jump to conclusions at this point, until we do a complete and thorough investigation. If our deputy sheriff’s did something wrong, they’ll be put off work and they’ll be dealt with appropriately, all in accordance with the law as well as our department policy.”

San Bernardino Superior Court records show Pusok has convictions for resisting arrest, animal cruelty, disturbing the peace, attempted robbery and failure to provide evidence of financial responsibility.

The American Civil Liberties Union said in a statement that while they understand police officers are authorized to use force, they “are deeply troubled by the video images that appear to show San Bernardino County sheriff’s deputies beating a man after he surrendered.”

Concealed Carrier Shoots Car Thief Who Sped Away With Victim On The Hood [VIDEO]

An off-duty city worker in Georgia likely helped save a woman who was stuck on the hood of her car after she was carjacked on Friday.

The surreal scene was captured on surveillance video from Fast Track Car Wash in Smyrna, near Atlanta.

The video shows a woman vacuuming her car when a teenage suspect hops out of a red minivan with several other men inside. The suspect is seen sliding into the woman’s car. He got behind the wheel and slammed the car, a white Honda, into reverse. The car owner jumped on the hood, but that didn’t deter the carjacker who sped up as he drove out of the view of the camera.

The woman was reportedly screaming for help as the suspect sped past several bystanders, including an off-duty Smyrna city worker.

Luckily, that man, who is also captured on camera, was carrying a concealed gun at the time. He chased after the Honda and fired through the window, hitting the suspect in the shoulder.

The suspect, who is from Atlanta, was arrested and taken to the hospital where he was treated. Police are looking for his accomplices in the minivan.

“I’m glad that guy was here with the gun to shoot that man in the shoulder, because that lady could have been seriously injured,” one witness told WSB-TV.

“If that guy didn’t shoot, she probably would end up losing her life,” another witness, Tasha Orr, told the news station. “He came by with the car. He picked up speed. She was on the hood, and I saw her starting to get off the hood. He picked up speed.”

VENICE (CBSLA.com) — Police sought the public’s help Friday to locate two men accused of using a skateboard to attack a woman in Venice.

The assault occurred around 9 p.m. Thursday at the Venice Beach Skate Park, located near Pacific and Windward avenues, according to police.

A woman recorded the assault on her cellphone and turned it into police. Her friend, Laura Lee, shared details of the graphic attack with CBS2/KCAL9.

Lee explained the female victim was involved in a verbal fight with several men at the skate park before she walked away, which then led to a violent turn.

She was attacked in front of dozens of people.

One suspect slammed her head with a skateboard, which knocked her to the ground.

He then kicked and pounded on the victim while she wailed for help while lying on the pavement.

Moments later, a second suspect held the victim up for another suspect to punch her.

Witnesses said they chose not to help her because they were scared and felt outnumbered.

“It’s hard to believe that no one stepped in,” said Lee. “It’s haunting. It’s really, really disturbing.”

Authorities said the female victim, who is in her late teens or early 20s, remains hospitalized in serious condition. She underwent surgery for a cracked skull and broken jaw.

Two other men were injured in the brawl.

The motive for the attacks remain under investigation.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of the suspects.

Police explained each suspect will face charges of assault with a deadly weapon.

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Seven people were injured, some critically, during an early-morning spray of gunfire Saturday at a spring break party on the Florida Panhandle, police said. An Alabama man was quickly apprehended and charged with attempted murder.

Multiple 911 calls flooded in just before 1 a.m., reporting the shootings at the house party in Panama City Beach, and deputies arriving on the scene found a sprawling crime scene with victims inside the home, outside and across the street from it, and in the street’s median, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office said.

Officers set up a perimeter and found a suspect matching witnesses’ description. David Jamichael Daniels, 22, of Mobile, Alabama, was charged with seven counts of attempted murder and jailed awaiting a first court appearance. A .40-caliber handgun believed to have been used was found in the yard of a nearby home.

The sheriff’s office said several of the victims were students from Alabama A&M University in Panama City Beach for spring break.

At least three were critically injured: Kearria Freed, 20, who was shot in the head; Devanta Moore, 21, who was shot in the chest; and Henton Franklin, 22, who was shot in the side. Three others were listed in stable condition: Jacole Young, 22, who police said was shot in the back three times; Kelli Curry, 21, who was shot in the leg; and Tykeria Ethridge, 22, who was shot in the neck and shoulder.

A seventh victim — Anesia Powell, 20 — was shot in the left arm, chest, and knee, and was undergoing surgery Saturday. No condition was given.

Jury Convicts Woman For “Bacon Rage” Shooting At McDonald’s Drive-Thru Window

A jury today found a Michigan woman guilty of firing a shot into a McDonald’s drive-thru window after employees failed to put bacon on a cheeseburger sheordered.

Shaneka Monique Torres, 30, was convicted of a felony firearms charge after only an hour of deliberations by the panel. Torres, seen at right, faces a minimum of two years in state prison when she is sentenced next month.

Torres fired a single shot into the McDonald’s at 3:10 AM last February 10, according to Grand Rapids police. The gunplay came after Torres and another woman “complained that the order was incorrect,” cops noted.

When a McDonald’s employee walked away from the drive-thru window, “one shot was fired from the suspect vehicle,” reported police, who added that the bullet entered the eatery at “head level” and “traveled through the window, across the dining room, and exited the restaurant through another window on the east side of the restaurant.”

Shortly after the shooting–which did not result in any injuries–cops located Torres and recovered the 9mm Glock handgun used during the bacon rage incident.

Cops Hunt For 350 Pound Armed Robber Who Stole Cash, Then Pizzas, From Domino’s

Cops Hunt For 350 Pound Armed Robber Who Stole Cash, Then Pizzas, From Domino’s

SAYVILLE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) — A larger-than-life robber waving a gun across his hefty frame burst into a Domino’s pizzeria in a quiet Long Island village with an appetite for more than cash, victims said.

The man, believed to weigh at least 350 pounds, robbed the store in Sayville on Tuesday afternoon and demanded an employee serve him two pizzas before he left, Domino’s district manager Robert Warren told CBS2’s Jennifer McLogan in this exclusive report.

“This is the kind of guy we are dealing with here,” Warren said. “It’s odd for this in Sayville.”

The suspect then fled on Sunrise Highway.

The crime, which was caught on a security camera, has many in Sayville on edge.

Employee and victim Ray Brenkert recounted the panic.

“I’ve got to do what he says and try to get us out of here alive,” Brenkert said of his thinking during the encounter. ” … He told me get on my knees and open the safe.”

But the safe is time released and won’t open at will.

“When I told him that, he was like, ‘Well, you either open the safe or I’m going to shoot you in the head,’” Brenkert said. “And I was like, ‘Uh oh.’

“I tried to reason with him. I was like, ‘It’s not going to open. There’s nothing I can do.’ And then he got really angry and he took my cellphone, told me get on the ground and pulled the phone out of the wall. And I just did what he said because he had a gun to my head.”

Resigned to a fistful of cash from the register, the hefty robber then spotted the two bubbling pies — large with cheese.

It was approaching dinner hour.

“Taking the pizzas at the end is just a crazy twist to a maniacal story to begin with,” Warren said. “He saw the pizzas coming out of the oven and requested my employee to take them out of the oven, slice them up and box them up for him.”

The robber is described as white and 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall. He was wearing a mask.

Cops are crediting the workers for following proper protocol.

Police and Domino’s hope to be able to release the surveillance video this week, and investigators think the suspect’s distinctive looks could help lead to his capture.

George Zimmerman: Obama ‘Broke the Law’ with ‘Baseless Prosecution,’ ‘Incendiary Comments’

George Zimmerman Treyvon Martin shot killed race black white

George Zimmerman bursts from the shadows as he releases his first statement since his acquittal in the death of Trayvon Martin. He recorded a video of himself answering questions that were asked by his lawyer, Howard Iken, in what looked to be the attorney’s office.

Zimmerman, with the apparent blessing of Iken, went so far as to accuse Obama of breaking the law when he tasked the Department of Justice to pursue him:

“For him to make incendiary comments, as he did, and direct the Department of Justice to pursue a baseless prosecution he, by far, overstretched, overreached, even broke the law in certain aspects, to where you have an innocent American being prosecuted by the federal government, which should never happen.”

Zimmerman also pressed Obama to recognize that his life matters just as much as anyone’s.

“He held a ceremony at the White House, inviting the Martin-Fulton Family, and stating that they should take the day to reflect upon the fact that all children’s lives matter. Unfortunately for the President, I am also my parents’ child and my life matters as well.”

When asked of how he thought Obama should have acted in regards to his case, Zimmerman said:

Obama impeach illegal activities criminal“The President should have done what he said he was going to do and not interject himself in a local law enforcement matter, or a state matter, and waited until the facts came out. Instead rushing to judgment and making racially charged comments and pitting American against American.”

“He should have taken the high road, given his position, and been an example, been a leader as the President should be and say, ‘let’s not rush to judgment,’ as I’m sure he would want that same luxury afforded to him if he was accused of something.”

Instead, Obama picked sides and widened the divisions between the American people.

“To me, that was, clearly, a dereliction of duty in pitting Americans against each other solely based on race.”
